Mark Hamill’s New Show ‘Pop Culture Quest’ Takes An Unprecedented Look Into The DC Universe
When Mark Hamill isn’t the being definitive cartoon Joker or the face of Star Wars, he enjoys all things pop culture. In the first episode of his new show titled Pop Culture Quest, Hamill travels to DC Comics headquarters to have a look at all the goodies they have stored from decades of creating some of the most famous superheroes we’ve come to know and love. Oddly enough, the man who is best known for the voice of The Joker happens to love Batman.
Hamill gets to sit down with Jim Lee — one the the men responsible for the modern Joker — to watch him draw The Joker right in from of him. From a blank canvas to a perfect rendering of The Joker will wow any fan or artist. You can tell by the look on Hamill’s face that he is blown away by the pure talent and artistry that it takes to draw for DC.
I don’t want to give anything away, but if this is the type of quality we can expect from Pop Culture Quest, then this show will go viral with every episode. Have a look at the first episode Joker’s Favor below.
