How to beat a New Year’s Eve hangover
Let’s face it, this has been a very ‘heavy’ year for most people. The whole year feels like one big hangover. Let 2016 end for crying out loud. But that doesn’t mean we have to go into 2017 feeling like a complete train wreck. Here’s a few tips to get you through the first day of 2017.
Eat eggs first thing in the morning: Eggs contain taurine, which has been shown to reverse liver damage caused by a night of heavy boozing. Hydrate at a higher level. Besides water, drinking a can of Sprite is also a good idea.

Take a long nap: Sleep is hands down the best cure for a hangover. Take some painkillers: Aspirin can be helpful before sleep and upon rising with plenty of water, but only in moderation. Exercise: A little exercise never hurt anyone—and it may even release some endorphins to boost that post-hangover mood.
