One hefty word that belongs in every medical marijuana patient’s vocabulary is cannabinoid especially THC. This primary psychoactive constituent provides significant relief to patients in the form of anti-inflammatory effects, helps cancer patients endure the wrenching nausea of chemotherapy and also have shown great efficacy for psychological conditions like depression. The results are so promising that these cannabinoids have been synthesised for legal prescription use.
There’s a whole crop of IT companies sprouting up to support this fledgling, but clearly lucrative, industry. But for the young and eager legalised weed industry, Microsoft’s willingness to attach its name to any part of the business is a big step forward.

The software titan has recently announced its partnership with a Los Angeles start-up, Kind. It will be working with Kind’s “government solutions” division, offering software only to state and local governments that are trying to build compliance systems.This will also allow growers of the plant to track inventory, navigate laws and handle transactions all through company’s software systems.
