Bill Gates buys land in Arizona for $80 million to build ‘smart city’
Bill Gates just invested $80 million in Arizona land! Gates’ investment firm Belmont Partners bought the land to develop a “smart city.” Nearly 25,000 acres of land in Tonopah will be converted into a “smart city.”
The city will reportedly house 80,000 residential units as well as public schools and commercial buildings. “Belmont will create a forward-thinking community with a communication and infrastructure spine that embraces cutting-edge technology…” Belmont Partners
